Policies

Appointment Cancellation Policy:

Your appointment time is very important to me. Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel the time scheduled for your Pilates session. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of full price.

Studio Policy:

We form a partnership to maximize the benefits of Pilates for your individual needs. Communication is paramount in regard to any health issues as they arise so that the session may be adjusted accordingly.
